This event will feature Asian American & Pacific Islander leaders from across Massachusetts who will discuss the “shecession” and achieving Equal Pay. The panel will identify what the “shecession” is, how to address pay inequity, and why it’s important to have this conversation around Asian American & Pacific Islander Equal Pay Day.

This event is co-hosted by the Massachusetts Commission on the Status of Women and the Massachusetts Women of Color Coalition.
