Develop support systems for existing and new WOC leaders who are hired, appointed or elected in to executive level and senior-level positions in state government, boards and commissions.
Develop strategies to increase voter registration, education and turnout.
Continue to mentor membership base on civic leadership and engagement methods designed to strengthen communities of color.

We envision a Commonwealth of authentic inclusion where racism and sexism no longer dictate the outcomes of women of color and our communities.
