Calling all women of color! We’ve got a fantastic free opportunity for you – our 2nd cohort for our Intergenerational Leadership Academy for women of color (ILA) program. Sessions are hybrid, with in-person meetups in Worcester, MA. This program is 12 weeks long and has a mentor component for all participants. Get ready to unlock your leadership potential!

We are women of color who identify as Black (or African Descent), Latina or Hispanic (non-white), Asian, Middle Eastern, Native American, or of indigenous descent. We envision a Commonwealth of authentic inclusion where racism and sexism no longer dictate the outcomes of women of color and our communities.
